Delivery Fees:

• Free delivery to single address with min HK$1,000 net order. 

• HK$150 per address for orders below HK$1,000

• For orders being delivered to the Outlying Islands, some delivery charges may apply. 

• Additional charges apply if the delivery requires extra labour work, such as walking through stairs or slopes.

Delivery Details:

• Under normal circumstances, orders received during office hours will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

• Delivery districts and location includes all Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories EXCEPT all outlying islands, restricted areas and remote areas.

• Third-party logistic partners may be involved in the deliveries. We and the third-party logistics will make every effort to deliver at the agreed date and time; the customer acknowledges that deliveries may be delayed, such as due to poor weather conditions.

• The delivery is only considered completed when the delivery is signed upon arrival. If the customer appoints other individuals to collect the goods, we and the third-party logistics will not be responsible for the risks or losses involved.

• We and the third party logistics are not responsible for delays or failures of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for unsuccessful deliveries and subsequent delivery services.

• If an order includes a deposit term, the order will be processed only after total sales amount has been settled.

• Once an order is confirmed, no change is possible on any order details, including items, quantities, delivery address and delivery time.

It is illegal to sell alcoholic beverages to people under 18 years old. By placing an order which contains alcoholic beverages with us, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above.

All goods sold remain under the title of Drunk Yet Wine Limited until the total invoice amounts are fully settled.
